Our signature 50 minute total body Lagree workout. Expect a music-driven and form-focused small group setting for this low-impact, high-intensity method with results that are unmatched.

Lagree Essentials

Our signature 50 minute full body Lagree workout that is tailored to those newer to the method or those looking for a refresher on the basics. Strongly recommended for those who have taken less than 5 Lagree classes.

Lagree Express

Our total body workout in an express format. 35 minutes of high intensity work that will deliver the same Lagree burn in a shorter amount of time.

Bounce Classes

Find joy in movement in our cardio and sculpt bounce classes. Bounce is dance-based, low-impact, high-energy method that will have you sweating on the beat atop a trampoline.

Engage body and mind, endurance and coordination building combinations improves memory and works lymphatic drainage metabolism bone density.

60 minutes of beat-cardio bounce with added sculpt.  Low-impact, high-intensity method combined with light weights to strengthen the body. Supports drainage through lymphatic system.  Light-weight sneakers required.

Mat Sculpt Classes

Mat Sculpt is an efficient, low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines strength training, mobility, and core conditioning to sculpt and tone the entire body, all on the mat.

Through slow, controlled movements and minimal equipment, each class challenges every muscle group with focused repetition and intentional form, building strength, endurance, and total-body definition.

Infrared Mat Sculpt 

45 minutes of our full body sculpt. Added Infrared heat to increase heart rate.  Low-impact, high-intensity method combined with weights to strengthen the full body. Light-weight sneakers required.

Mat Express – Lower Body Sculpt

30 minutes of our sculpt focusing the lower body. Low-impact, high-intensity method combined with weights to strengthen the lower body. 
Light-weight sneakers required.

Mat Express – Upper Body Sculpt 

30 minutes of our sculpt focusing on the upper body. Low-impact, high-intensity method combined with weights to strengthen the upper body. Light-weight sneakers required.
